Ziyao (Zoey) Chen is admitted to practice law in China and New York. Zoey has advised prominent restaurant businesses and investment funds, as well as clients from the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Canada and the Netherlands on their business operations and disputes in China. Her practice covers foreign investment and company formation, commercial contracts, cross-border trade, and commercial litigation and arbitration.
