Zoey Chen was selected to join the Guangzhou Lawyers Association’s legal service team for the 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), held in Guangzhou. As part of the team, she provided on-site legal support to exhibitors and buyers attending one of China’s major international trade events.
The legal service team advised businesses on issues arising in international trade, including cross-border transactions, intellectual property, overseas investment, debt recovery and trade disputes.
Zoey later attended the International Economic and Trade Legal Services Conference (2026), held during the 140th Canton Fair. Organized by the Guangzhou Lawyers Association with support from Guangzhou Arbitration Commission and Guangzhou International Commercial Mediation Center, the conference brought together legal professionals and experts to discuss how arbitration and mediation can help resolve international commercial disputes.
