She represented the Chinese economy and delivered a presentation on AI-assisted resolution of small-value consumer claims.
Her presentation, titled AI-Assisted Resolution of Small-Value Consumer Claims in Cross-Border E-Commerce: Practical Issues and Regional Coordination, explored how artificial intelligence could help make dispute resolution more accessible and efficient. She discussed practical applications including identifying dispute types and suitable procedures, helping consumers organize claim information and evidence, and providing translation and procedural guidance.
